​ In the system where the Beckhoff brand is used as the plc group: the crack control is performed with Eddycurrent, while the measurement control is performed with three optical cameras. Checks are made for flange diameter, head thickness, wrench form, thread pitch, thread angle, thread diameter, pass length and full length, dog point diameter, bolt end angle washer diameter, recess control, perpendicularity control, shaft diameter, and step diameter and length.
